Screw air compressor is an indispensable gas equipment for production enterprises. Generally, enterprises often screen carefully in the process of purchasing and make a decision after shopping around. However, when the equipment is installed in the factory, it is not attentive. A series of follow-up questions. In fact, no matter what brand screw air compressor is installed, the following principles must be followed:

1. When moving or hoisting, it should be carried out under the condition of ensuring safety. It is forbidden to hoist operation on rainy days.

2. After the screw air compressor is placed, start to install the circuit, which must be reliably grounded, and the circuit is installed in strict accordance with the relevant voltage and electrical safety operating regulations.

3. When the air compressor is started for the first time, confirm the rotation of the motor. It is necessary to ensure that the rotation of the motor is correct before the unit can be started.

4. Some air compressors with remote control by mobile phones should be operated in accordance with the instructions during maintenance or operation of the machine.

5. When the screw air compressor is working, its exhaust temperature may reach about 100℃, and the temperature of the oil circuit of the machine head, radiator, oil pipe, etc. is very high. Do not touch it with your hands to avoid being burned.

6. The operator of the screw air compressor is responsible for ensuring that the machine runs under safe conditions. If the equipment is abnormal, it should be shut down for maintenance in time, and it can be turned on only after it returns to normal.

7. The emergency stop button is used to stop the unit in case of abnormality. Generally, please do not use this button for normal shutdown.

8. Repairs and maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel or under their guidance. Before performing any maintenance, repair work or adjustment work, please follow the steps below:

(1) Stop the compressor to cool the unit.

(2) Close the compressor outlet exhaust valve, and perform a safe relief of the compressor air system to zero.

(3) Press the emergency stop button
