The high-quality filter paper usually uses fine fiber paper filled with synthetic resin, which can effectively filter impurities and has a strong dirt accumulation capacity. The equipment also has strict requirements on the strength of the filter paper. Due to the large air flow, the strength of the filter paper can resist strong airflow, ensuring filtration efficiency and prolonging the service life of the equipment. The pore size of the filter paper is about 10um, and the dust on the surface is usually removed every 1000 hours. The method of removal is to blow the dust away from the inside out with low pressure air. The air filter of the screw air compressor is equipped with a differential pressure controller. There will be an early warning when clogging occurs. At this time, the air filter needs to be cleaned or replaced.
