The principle of heat recovery of the injection screw compressor
In the process of air compressor operation, about 80% of the input electric energy becomes heat, and less than 20% of the remaining energy becomes the final compressed air energy.

Scheme 1: only three-stage heat is recovered; it is suitable for most hot water applications
Scheme 2: recover the secondary and tertiary heat simultaneously; it is applicable to: the inlet temperature is less than 35 ℃, the temperature requirements of effluent (hot water) are less than 60 ℃; for example, bathing, heating, domestic water and other applications


Total solution

It can avoid the damage caused by water scaling to the energy recovery device, prolong the life of the heat recovery device, ensure the heating water is not polluted, and the operating temperature of the air compressor can be better controlled.

It can display the inlet temperature, outlet water temperature, cooling water inlet temperature, outlet water temperature, return water pressure and outlet pressure. Two pumps are controlled by electromechanical mutual control, one of which is in fault and the other is self started.
